To serve as a volunteer at our school, is to plant a seed of hope and vision that grows to boundless heights.  Heritage Academy offers the following volunteer opportunities.

Mentoring/Tutoring

Provide tutoring to students needing additional assistance in math, reading, and writing.

Serving as a mentor to students needing an extra boost of confidence in academics or in developing career goals.
 

Fundraising

Provide assistance to the school and staff in planning and organizing various fundraising activities for the school to support general operations and school activities.  
 

Room Volunteers

Offering assistance to teachers in facilitating classroom activities.

Community Partners

Community organizations and/or programs that connect with the vision and goals of the school, willing to develop a reciprocal partnership that empowers students, strengthens the schools capacity, and works to rebuild community.

Student Groups

Individuals or groups willing to help student groups with resources, expertise, and/or fundraising.

PTA

A formal group for parents to organize around maintaining the school’s success through general operations, activities, student achievement, staff support, and community partnerships.
